The design and manufacturing of bioreactor is in strict compliance with GMP regulations and ASME-BPE requirements. Professional, user-friendly and modular design and complete & flexible structural design combination is adopted to meet the requirements of cell culture in batches. The bioreactor is composed of tank unit, stirring unit, jacket temperature control unit, four-way valve air intake unit, exhaust unit, feeding unit, sampling and harvesting unit, automatic control unit and common utility unit. The automatic control program conforms to the S88 international standard in clear structure with the function of complete historical data recording, storage, management, trend chart display and culture data analysis which complies with GAMP5. The audit tracking function (electronic record/electronic signature) conforms to CFR 21 PART11.

The product is suitable for pilot scale of biological drugs like antibody and vaccine (such as rabies vaccine, FMD) and cell suspension culture, plate carrier culture and micro-carrier culture of drugs at commercial scale production.
