AUSTAR Established a Joint Venture CAPE Europe Ltd in UK

Last week AUSTAR established CAPE Europe Ltd in UK, a joint venture with Jon Nottingham, our Technical Advisor Committee member. The new company has acquired the existing business and IP rights of CAPE Europe AE Ltd. with financial investment by AUSTAR to facilitate the growth of CAPE Europe. With AUSTAR global distribution network and manufacturing resources, CAPE Europe will be able to further develop its products and services.
