Hammer Mill
HMA series hammer mills can crush all kinds of crystalline and fibrous materials of strong toughness. A star-type valve is installed at the inlet of the hammer mill, which can control the feed speed and avoid producing dust effectively. Screen size of different specifications (0.2 ~10mm) fully meets the requirements of crushing particle size, and can be customized according to the actual situation of clients.
By adopting the design of front door, the device is convenient for disassembly, installation, cleaning, replacement of the sharpening rotor; the cavity cooling device ensures the low temperature rise of the material during the crushing process, and the temperature detecting and control devices are installed in the rotating shaft and the crushing cavity to monitor the operating conditions in real time.
One side of the rotor is a hammer, and the other side is a knife, the different materials can be crushed by the both sides; the hard and crystalline materials are crushed by the hammer side, and the fibrous materials are crushed by the knife side.
